The various therapeutic or classical massages are open to members and non-members, at affordable prices and flexible hours (Monday to Saturday 7:30am-10:30pm). Membership costs CHF9.90 per month.

The Zen Break team has various training courses depending on the services provided. You will therefore be taken care of by competent and attentive masseurs to help you find a better balance in your daily life.
